There are only 3 main colours used on this CD cover, green, black and white. The main colour is black which emphasises and highlights the green and white text; this therefore makes the writing the main feature on the cover. However there is no graphics used on the cover, meaning the title is the artwork. In the top right and bottom left are the ‘CES’ in the title ‘PIECES’ but the top right is backwards. The main feature of the text is a shattered glass illusion to emphasis the title of the track, “Pieces”. Also included on this CD cover is the Chase and Status logo with a featured artist. Both of these fonts continue with the same colour scheme and style. This style is quite consistent throughout the artwork on Chase and Status releases. In each they have used a graffiti style image and used the Chase and Status logo and track name forming a mask over the graphics surrounded by a black background.

This CD covers artwork follows the same conventions and characteristics of the cover above. There are only 3 main colours used on this CD cover, Orange, black and white. The main colour is black which emphasises and highlights the orange and white text; this therefore makes the writing the main feature on the cover. The main feature of the text is a orange spray paint mask to emphasis the title of the track, “Against all Odds”. Also included on this CD cover is the Chase and Status logo with a featured artist. Both of these fonts continue with the same colour scheme and style. On this CD cover we also have cartoon style representatives of the artists on the top right (Kano) and bottom (Chase and Status). There is also a retro car in the same cartoon graphic style to help represent what genre of music is on the single.

The main feature of this CD cover is the Cartoon image of the Hindu God, Ganesh which is in the same cartoon style as on the CD cover “Against All Odds”. This CD has three main colours silver/grey, purple and gold. The main colours are silver/grey and purple which emphasises and highlights the image on the cover of the Hindu God, Ganesh; this therefore makes the graphics the main feature on the cover. Also included on this CD cover is the Chase and Status logo. The font of this logo continues with the same colour scheme and style.
I have noticed after looking at all the CD covers that although the font of the logo is consistent, the colour scheme changes to match the colours and features on the rest of the cover. I believe this could symbolise that Chase and Status music is influenced by its surroundings.
