What will the music video to represent?

In our music video we want to portray a toxic, misleading double life of a character you least expect to do rebellious actions. As a group we decided the character could be one of the following :

· A Judge

· A chat show Host

· A doctor

· A policeman

· A celebrity

In the end we decided the best and easiest role to undertake was the life of a doctor because we feel we could easily represent this and we imagined the scenario of him saving lives in the day then killing his own at night.

What do we want to happen in our music video?

After a group meeting and a discussion after, as a group we would like our music video to begin with the main character (a doctor) waking up in his bed, the next following shots will show his leads a very simple normal routine for getting up early and going to work. These shots will also show he has a family and kids and he has expensive item, a big house and a nice car. This will tell the audience this man has done very well for himself.

The scene after him waking up and showing a normal lifestyle he will go to work and here we will use certain shots to portray him saving lives and helping people.

After he finishes work he will go out drinking and clubbing in nightclubs. This is where his dark, toxic and rebellious side comes alive. He will cause damage, nuisance and drama everywhere he goes. He will humiliate people, hurt people and be seen as a powerful darkened thug. He will also harm his own body by taking drugs, smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.

How does this compare to the original music video:

The original film does basically what we want our film to be like except in the original the main character is a Jeremy Kyle styled television talk show host. The only difference is in the original music video there are scenes of sex and we do not wish to recreate this in our music video as it is unacceptable for what we can do.
